Keith Silva is a Hip Hop choreographer from the United States with a L.A based dance/teaching style. He began his Hip Hop career in Massachusetts on the East Coast where he started his own teaching circuit.

In addition to running his own dance company the “Movement Specialists”, Keith is in high demand throughout the Untied States for master classes and he also teaches for traveling workshops such as Intrigue Dance Intensive. He travels all over the country to teach and train with the worlds most renowned choreographers. These choreographers have worked on movies & shows such as Step up 1, 2 &3 Stomp The Yard, You Got Served, So You Think You Can Dance & Americas Best Dance Crew just to name a few. His extensive training includes Millennium Dance Complex CA, Monsters Of Hip Hop, The Pulse & Broadway Dance Center NY.

Through his teachings Keith brings his students a wealth of Hip Hop knowledge, Musicality and Rhythm. He teaches his students not only to learn his choreography, but also to listen to details within the music itself. His emphasis to detail and unique R&B style offers dancers a great opportunity to advance their own training. Keith’s unassuming presence and teaching style helps make the student feel completely comfortable and willing to at least try any movement presented. In addition he also creates is own unique mix music for his choreography.

After many requests from the lovely ladies in our new Burlesque Showgirls Class, and after much research, I bring you links to some fabulous and highly recommended stores for dance shoes, clothes and more for your burlesque class.......

Freed of London, this is the most infamous shop located in Covent Garden which has supplied the ROH and many many great Ballet companies worldwide with their shoes for hundreds of years, one of the oldest dance shoe shops in the world, they still give a very personal and perfectionist shoe fitting! Well worth a visit, even if just for the history. You will find awesome Latin/Ballroom shoes perfect for burlesque if u want something wearable and good for your feet. (excuse their naff website!
